Kirk Douglas is 100-years-old today, celebrate with his 10 greatest movies

Actor, director and producer Kirk Douglas, on his real name Issur Danielovitch Demsky, celebrated his 100th birthday on December 9. In honor of this event, the famous actor released a book that he co-wrote with his longtime wife Anne, a book that talks about the details of a life lived in Hollywood, with its ups and downs.
The two has been married for more than six decades.
To celebrate the big event, the man’s family threw him a grandiose Hollywood party that 150 of his dearest friends and family attended. Among the guests were, of course, the man’s son, actor Michael Douglas and his wife, Catherine Zeta-Jones. The party took place in famous Beverly Hills, and a plethora of actors attended the happy event.

 
Over the course of his career, Kirk Douglas did more than 90 films, his fame being similar with that of veteran actors like Laurence Olivier or Anthony Queen.
Movies like Spartacus, Lust for Life, Champion, Young Man with a Horn, Ace in the Hole, Detective Story, The Bad and the Beautiful, 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea, Paths of Glory, or Lonely Are the Brave, are just a few of the fabulous movies in his repertoire.
