Experts have often emphasized on how important touch is for a baby. Because there is a clear link between love and care in the early life of children cuddling has life-long benefits for them. Sadly, not all children receive the love and attention they need as babies. To help babies thrive in life and offer them the best chances they’ve got, a children’s hospital has a number of volunteers who cuddle and comfort babies who were born prematurely.
