Starbucks is not only known for their coffee but also for their great customer service. The video below tells the story of how Sarah, a barista working at Starbucks, came to know sign language. Sarah started working there because she like interacting with different people and hear their stories. But one day she came across a customer she couldn’t connect with because the customer was a deaf woman. The whole situation made her feel uneasy and like she wasn’t doing her job right. So she began learning ASL (American Sign Language). This is definitely a message worth spreading; even if you don’t like Starbucks coffee that much.
