Paul Smith was born in 1921 with severe cerebral palsy and was forced to live with this disease all of his life. The condition left him with poor coordination, weak muscles and tremors among others. It’s true that his movements were limited, but his determination was endless. Despite his age and his disease, the man was able to create remarkable works of art using a typewriter. Sadly, the artist died in 2007 at the age of 85, but his works remain as a reminder that you don’t have to able to hold a paintbrush in order to be a brilliant artist.
