As a parent, it’s hard to know that your precious baby can’t hear your voice and learn by listening to you on a day-to-day basis. It’s difficult not to be able to comfort a crying baby by talking to them and letting them know everything is going to be alright.
The parents in the video below know this way too well. Their son Archer was born with permanent hearing loss, and they thought he will never know how it feels to listen to their voices.
However, thanks to a pair of new hearing aids, little Archer was able to hear his parents’ voice for the first time ever since he was born, and the touching moment was caught on video.
The baby had a precious reaction when he heard how his mom and dad sound, and he instantly began to smile. With tears in her eyes, mom was just as happy to live a moment she has envisioned from the day Archer was born.
