Bone broth is one of the richest sources of nutrients that have tremendous health benefits for the body. Packed with a wide variety of minerals, collagen and other nutrients that help the skin, hair, and the entire human body, bone broth is definitely a food you should consume more often.
But you’re probably wondering “Where can I buy bone broth from?” Well, our grandparents used to make it from scratch using the whole animal, including the skin, bones, marrow, and cartilages. However, the process of making it yourself can be pretty time-consuming, as the bones need to simmer for a minimum of 24 hours.
So, if you, like most people, simply don’t have the time to make it yourself, you have a few options to buy it. The first one is the most accessible. Many large stores have it, but you have to know where to look. Bone broth can often be found in the freezer section of a local store near you. If you’re having a hard time finding it, just ask one of the employees and they should be able to indicate the exact place in the store where you can find it.
Another option is, of course, to go to a restaurant and buy it from there. Try a soup called Pho. It should be made from ox tail bones, if authentic. You can most likely find it at authentic Vietnamese restaurants.
