Most good deeds go unnoticed, but thanks to the power of social media, more and more kind gestures done by good Samaritans are made public. This young woman shared a note she found when she woke up after she had had a seizure on a train. Ellie Farnfield suffered an epileptic fit, but was lucky enough to get help from a stranger on the train named Tom. As he explained in the note he left her, the man took her off the train when he realized she was having a seizure. Moreover, Tom bought her a coffee and even left her some cab money to make sure she gets home safe.
